FPSBA Domain Trading Help
This is a fully automated sealed bid and real-time negotiating platform for buying and selling domain names, with no listing fees or auction duration limitations, and a flat rate fee on completed sales only. Please use the built in support ticketing system if further help is needed.
As a Buyer if you see a domain name of interest, selecting it will take you to the Bid page, where the domain details are shown, including auction duration, starting price and the option to bid.
You can choose to message the seller right from the onset with an offer or you can simply enter a bid, at or or above the shown starting price. Only one bid acn be made, and its sealed.
If you do not want to negotiate further, nothing else needs to be done, the seller will advise the winner when the auction closes. During the bid process, you will see your online account showing the value of the bid, and if you win, this is the amount you will pay. If you dont win, the balance will be reset. This allows you to purchase many domains while keeping track of amounts due.
-- If you win the auction, you will need to pay the amount into your account as negotiated, for this you ill see the Deposit link at the top of the client page. There are several ways to pay including Paypal, Revolut, Stripe (all cards) and bank transfer. We do not have any fees for depositing funds. When the deposit has been confirmed, the transfer process will be made, and both parties will need to agree that this process is complete, before funds are paid on to the seller.
As a seller, when a user makes their sealed bid, and / or starts negotiating, the seller will be advised by email , and notified within their client area, where private (and public) messaging can start. There maybe be many bidders for the same name, the seller will be able to see the top bidder. However, they do have the ability to accept or deny an offer at any time and stop the auction, this is a great asset, as a seller may have listed the domain for a very long time, and no one wants to wait for their domain. Alternatively, the seller can wait for the auction to finish and then select the top bidder.
-- After the transfer, the funds will now be in the sellers account, and can be taken out at any time by using the Withdraw link at the top of the client page. There are several methods to withdaw including Paypal, Revolut, Stripe (cards) and Bank Transfer. It is at this point that we automatically apply our flat rate fee of 10% against the funds on withdrawal, plus any transaction fees invoked by the banks (if any), a full breakdown is shown before you hit the transfer button.
