How it works

Apply. Fill in the form with your business details and tell us how you plan to promote or resell Transcom. It takes a couple of minutes, and there's no cost or obligation to apply.
We vet you. Every application is read by a real person. We're looking for genuine businesses that will represent Transcom well — agencies, IT providers, consultants and resellers — not just anyone after a discount, so we may ask a follow-up question before deciding.
Get your partner account. Once approved, we create a TDesk account for you with a personal 50% voucher code wired straight to it. Your details are already on file, so there's nothing to set up — you'll get a sign-in link by email.
Sell and earn. Sign in, open the Services page, and buy any product at half price — the 50% is applied automatically at checkout with your details pre-filled, so it's one click to order. Resell to your own clients at whatever price you set, and the discount keeps applying on every renewal, so the margin is yours for as long as they stay.

The simple terms

50% off everything. Your voucher takes half off every product in the Transcom store — hosting, VPS, VoIP, MailProof, antispam and fraud screening — and the discount carries on to every renewal, not only the first payment. Domain registrations are sold close to cost and aren't discounted.
Approval first. Partners are vetted before they join; your 50% voucher is issued only once we've approved you. We may decline an application at our discretion.
No cost, no commitment. It's free to join, with no monthly fee, no minimum spend and no tie-in. Use it as much or as little as you like.
Your account, your clients. Anything you buy is provisioned under your TDesk account, and you manage and bill your own clients however you choose — Transcom simply provides the services at your partner price.
The voucher is yours. It's tied to your partner account and applied automatically at checkout, so there's nothing to remember or claim back.
We may pause or end a partnership at our discretion.
