How certified delivery works

Your email is routed through MailProof's certified relay, which records the full SMTP handshake with the recipient's mail server — including their acceptance and exact timestamps. That data becomes a formal PDF certificate containing the certificate ID, tracking code, sender and recipient details, the subject line, any attachment names, and the complete delivery timeline. You also receive a confirmation email with the PDF attached, and recipients can verify delivery independently at any time — no account required.
