How it works
Getting certified delivery takes four steps, with no software or plugins to install:
- Sign up with the email address you want to send from — no verification delays, ready in seconds.
- Compose your message, add any attachments, and send it through the certified relay.
- MailProof records the full delivery chain and the recipient server's acceptance, with timestamps.
- You receive a PDF certificate — tracking ID, timestamps and full delivery proof — plus a confirmation email with the PDF attached. Recipients can verify it online.
What the certificate proves
Each certificate carries a unique certificate ID and tracking code, the sender and recipient details, the subject line, any attachment names, and the complete timestamped delivery timeline — independent evidence that stands up when a dispute, deadline or regulator asks for it.
