Hands-off by design

Managed Hosting is for people who want a website, not a hosting account. You tell us what you need and our team builds and runs it on Transcom's own UK infrastructure. There's no panel to learn, no software to update and no server to babysit — if something needs doing, we do it. It's the difference between renting hosting and having a hosting team on call.

Unlimited resources

Your site runs without the usual quotas. Disk space, bandwidth, databases and email are all unlimited within fair use — so a busy month, a large media library or a sudden traffic spike won't push you into an upgrade or land you an overage charge. One price covers it.

Your domain and email, sorted

The plan includes a domain name, registered and pointed at your site for you, plus professional email accounts on that domain. We configure DNS, SPF, DKIM and DMARC so your mail authenticates and reaches inboxes, and we issue a free, auto-renewing SSL certificate so your site is secure on HTTPS from day one.

Built on proper infrastructure

Hosting runs on nginx with PHP-FPM, MySQL and PostgreSQL, on genuinely isolated per-customer accounts — real operating-system separation, not a shared free-for-all. Inbound mail passes through MxGuard, Transcom's own AI spam gateway, and new signups are screened by Veritus fraud detection. DNS is served from three authoritative nameservers, and every site is backed up encrypted and off-site.

Because we run the platform, support isn't a ticket queue that hands the problem back to you — it's the same team that built and maintains your site. Migrating from another host, changing your site, adding mailboxes, adjusting DNS: ask, and we handle it.
