Prices above are excluding VAT. VAT at 20% is added to your first payment — the first month plus any one-off setup fee — at checkout.
After that there’s no VAT to pay again. Your monthly number fee and your calls come out of your VoIP balance, and balance top-ups already include VAT, so it’s charged once when you buy credit and never a second time when you spend it.
